Sumo-Nan LLC joint venture wins Army contract

The Honolulu-based joint venture Sumo-Nan LLC won a $28 million contract to build an unaccompanied enlisted personnel barracks at Helemano Military Reservation on Oahu.
The work is expected to be completed by Oct. 1, 2013, the Defense Department said Wednesday.
