HEY GUYS IF IVE LEARNED ONE THING REGARDLESS OF THE MANAGEMENT OR ATTITUDE OF A FOREMAN. IF YOUR WORKING IN A CLOSED MARKET LIKE HAWAII YOU NEVER BURN A BRIDGE. THAT BEING SAID,A HIGH TURN OVER RATE CAN HAPPEN FOR MANY REASONS NOT EVERYONE IS QUALIFIED FOR EVERYTHING,SO JUST BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF AND EMPLOYERS GIVE EVERYTHING A SHOT .YOU WILL FIND WHERE YOU FIT IN.
